about us

building a thriving industry, from seed to sale to release from jail.

At the forefront of the cannabis revolution, Washington state became the first in the nation to legalize recreational cannabis use. However, amidst the excitement of regulation and industry growth, important considerations for equity and worker protections were often overlooked.

Recognizing this gap, our club is dedicated to reshaping the landscape of the cannabis industry in Washington by advocating for fair and inclusive practices, fostering a sense of community, and championing the rights of cannabis workers from seed to sale to release from jail.

Our primary goal is to ensure that every individual involved in the cannabis industry, regardless of gender, race, or socio-economic background, has an equal opportunity to thrive in this rapidly expanding field. We firmly believe that a strong and prosperous industry can only be built upon the principles of equity, fairness, and worker empowerment.

Through our advocacy efforts, we strive to reshape legislation and regulations to address the historical inequities faced by marginalized communities disproportionately affected by the War on Drugs. We believe in creating pathways for individuals from underrepresented backgrounds to enter the industry, obtain meaningful employment, and build successful careers.

But our club is not just about advocacy. It is a vibrant and inclusive community where cannabis enthusiasts, workers, and supporters can connect, collaborate, and forge lasting relationships. We offer a platform for education, networking, and professional growth, enabling members to stay informed about the latest trends, industry developments, and resources in the ever-evolving world of cannabis.

By joining the Washington Cannabis Workers Club, you become part of a collective voice that is driving positive change in the industry. Together, we can build a thriving cannabis community where everyone, from the cultivators to the budtenders, from the edibles makers to the delivery drivers, can thrive and prosper.

Join us today and be a part of the movement that is shaping a fair, equitable, and inclusive cannabis industry in Washington state. Together, we can create a future that benefits everyone involved in the journey from seed to sale.

Note: The Washington Cannabis Workers Club acknowledges that the laws, regulations, and landscape surrounding the cannabis industry are subject to change. We are committed to staying informed and adapting our advocacy efforts to ensure our vision remains relevant and impactful.
